FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
UK Standard: YODEL 3-5 working days - £3.99
UK Next Working Day: DHL Next Day (Next working day if ordered by 2pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays) * - £5.99.
* Next working day, 98% of orders arrive in this time if placed before 2pm
PLEASE NOTE THAT OVER BUSY PERIODS WE WILL HAVE TO PAUSE THE EXPRESS DELIVERY AND OUR STANDARD DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER - UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know about our returns process:
Return unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Request a return online through your account before sending items back.
Create an account using your order email if you checked out as a guest.
We'll approve or disapprove your request. You have 7 days to return the goods once approved.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached.
Exchanges for different sizes are not available. Please place a new order for the desired size.
UK ORDERS:
Once your return has been approved you will get a link to the returns portal where you can download a digital barcode and use that to end your return back. Keep your tracking number until you receive your refund.
A £2.99 deduction applies to cover shipping and processing costs.
Allow up to 14 working days for processing once we receive your return.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
You’ll need to return at your own cost, the parcel must be sent by a recorded
or signed for service with proof of delivery.
South Beach cannot take any responsibility for any lost returns parcels.
