UK Delivery Options:
UK Standard: YODEL 3-5 working days (weekday delivery only) - £4.99
UK Next Working Day: YODEL 1-3 working days (Next day if ordered by 2pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays) - £5.99
Please note:
• Some postcode exclusions apply.
• We currently cannot ship to BFPO (Army Bases).
• We are currently only offering UK shipping. Sign up to hear when our international shipping resumes.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know about our returns process:
Return unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Request a return online through your account before sending items back.
Create an account using your order email if you checked out as a guest.
We'll approve or disapprove your request. You have 7 days to return the goods once approved.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached.
Exchanges for different sizes are not available. Please place a new order for the desired size.
Use the provided QR code for returns. Keep your tracking number until you receive your refund.
A £2.99 deduction applies to cover shipping and processing costs.
Allow up to 10 working days for processing once we receive your return.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
