- International: 10th December – 12pm
Extended Returns Period:
- Any orders placed in December can be returned up until 5th January.
- Returns must be shipped by 5th January to be accepted.

Important Delivery Notes
• During busy periods, Next Day Delivery may be unavailable and Standard Delivery may take longer.
• We cannot change delivery addresses once an order has been placed. We’ll always try, but orders are processed immediately - please double-check your details before confirming.
• All duties & taxes are included - no extra charges.
• Some postcode exclusions apply.
• We cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses.
• Next Working Day delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
• EU customers: We are unable to process orders of €150+. You can still shop by placing multiple smaller orders (shipping charged per order).
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how returns work:
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• You must submit a return request online through your account before sending anything back.
• Checked out as a guest? Create an account using your order email.
• Once approved, you have 7 days to send your items back.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached.
• We cannot offer exchanges - please place a new order for a different size.
UK Returns
• Once approved, you’ll receive a link to our returns portal.
• Download the digital barcode and take your return to the drop-off point.
• Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
• A £2.99 deduction applies for shipping and processing.
• Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive your return for processing.
• Refunds can take 5–7 working days to appear in your account.
International Returns
• Returns must be sent at your own cost via a recorded or signed-for service.
• Loungeable is not responsible for lost return parcels.
